As Tabsan, we are the pioneer in manufacturing and exporting industrial sewing tables in Turkey. With our 50 years of manufacturing experience in the sector, and a highly skilled and dedicated production team, we always aim to provide a great service to our customers. Tabsan's New Factory & Manufacturing Capacity
In our old production line, we had the capacity to produce 380 industrial sewing machine tables per day and we could produce a total of 9,000 tables per month.
With our new production line, we have the capacity to produce 1,000 industrial sewing machine tables per day and our current monthly production capacity has increased to 22,000 sewing tables.
New Packaging
For our valued customers, we have completely revamped our packages. With our brand new design, we have achieved a more robust and elegant appearance. In addition, our packaging speed has increased by 3.5 times. In our old production line, we were able to pack only 150 packages per day, while we can now pack 540 packages per day and we have the capacity to pack more by accelerating according to customer demands.
New Machine Investments
In the old factory, we had 2 CNC Wood processing centers. Now we have increased the number of CNC machines to 4 and doubled the processing capacity.
Also we have added one more high capacity Homag Edge Banding machine to our production line, so with 2 machines now, we have a capacity of 3600 tables a day in PVC edge banding.
More Storage & Production Area
By dramatically increasing the space of the factory in the new building, we are now able to offer much faster delivery times and also we have now more flexibility to able to produce customized tables for our customer.
Now our customers can order customized sewing tables depending on the sewing machine models and colors even with minimum order quantity of 100 pcs.
